Judy Walker, actress, inventor, chief designer of TOPS Malibu is originally from Seattle, Washington. She spent many years in Malibu, California working as an actress, raising her family and running TOPS Retail Gallery in Malibu. TOPS Malibu catered to an exclusive entertainment industry clientele. Judy is known for her inventive spirit and quirky ideas.  TOPS Malibu wholesale was born when Henri Bendel and Neiman Marcus came to Judy Walker to design a line of gift products for their cosmetic department.
