Judy is the founder and CEO of TOPS Malibu , which has offered amazing gifts, unusual paperie and exciting surprises for almost two decades. TOPS products are sold at specialty stores and the finest upscale department stores around the world, and are well-known for their quirky, unique designs and exceptional customer base, including many celebrities worldwide. Stretching the imagination, Judy’s products entertain at the finest events, from Presidential inaugural parties to The Academy Awards and The Grammies.

Judy has attended many celebrations, from grand soirees and Oscar parties, to celebrity weddings and baby showers. After mingling with so many creative, inspiring people, she wondered what really makes a party glamorous and special & started Judy’s Surprise Party!
